1. Who we are
This website is run by Sidharth Pandit, Technical Head at Digitofy Global Pvt. Ltd., 5th Floor, Cosmo Plaza Mall, Chandigarh–Ambala Highway, Zirakpur, Punjab 140603. When this policy says “we”, it means Sidharth Pandit and Digitofy Global Pvt. Ltd.
2. What we collect
We collect only what you type into one of our forms: the popup, the bottom bar, the contact form, or the WhatsApp enquiry box.
- Your name, phone or WhatsApp number, and email address.
- The address of your company's website, which the popup form asks for, and your company name if you give it.
- The stage of your pipeline that feels most broken, and what you tick under “What do you need help with?”.
- Anything you write in the message box.
- A record that you agreed to this policy, with the date and time, and the website address the form was sent from.
We do not ask for payment details, and nothing on this site needs you to create an account.
3. The calculators
The Self-Check and the Revenue Leak Calculator run entirely inside your web browser. The numbers you enter or the boxes you tick there are never sent to us or stored anywhere. If analytics is on, we record only that the Self-Check was used, never your answers. Only the contact forms send anything.
4. Why we use it
We use your details only to:
- read your enquiry and prepare for your 15-minute working diagnosis;
- contact you by phone, WhatsApp or email about that enquiry; and
- keep a record of the conversation so we can follow up.
We do not use your details for unrelated marketing, and we do not sell, rent or lease them to anyone.
5. Your consent
Every form has a box you must tick to say you agree to this policy and to be contacted about your enquiry. If the box is not ticked, the form is not sent. You can withdraw that consent at any time (see section 9).
6. Who else handles your information
Your enquiry is handled by a small number of services that we rely on to run the site. They process it for us and not for their own purposes:
- Our web and database hosting, where enquiries are stored.
- Google's email service, which delivers a notification of your enquiry to Sidharth's inbox.
- WhatsApp, only if you use the WhatsApp enquiry box. It opens a WhatsApp chat with your message filled in, and WhatsApp's own privacy policy applies to that chat. We also keep a copy of what you typed in the box, as described above.
Using this site also involves these Google services, which handle information about your visit under Google's own terms:
- Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics, which record how the site is used, as described in section 10.
- Google reCAPTCHA, which protects our forms and the admin sign-in from spam. It collects information about your device and how you use the page and sends it to Google, and it runs whatever you choose for analytics, because the forms need it.
- Google Calendar, which shows the booking calendar on our thank-you pages. It loads from Google and may set Google's own cookies. Anything you enter to book an appointment goes to Google Calendar and to Sidharth.
Google's Privacy Policy explains how Google uses this information. We may also disclose information if the law requires us to.
7. How long we keep it
We keep an enquiry for as long as we need it to respond to you and follow up. We delete it sooner if you ask. We do not keep enquiries longer than necessary.
8. Keeping it safe
Enquiries are stored in a private database. The area where they can be read is protected by a login, and only Sidharth has access. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable care to protect what you send us.
9. Your choices
You can ask us at any time to:
- tell you what we hold about you;
- correct it if it is wrong;
- delete it; or
- stop contacting you, which also withdraws your consent.
Email or call us using the details in section 12. We will act on your request promptly.
10. Cookies and tracking
Analytics tracking is on by default. It starts when you arrive, before you make a choice. The first time you visit, a banner tells you about cookies, and you can accept all, reject all, or choose for yourself. There are three kinds:
- Necessary. These keep the site working and remember your cookie choice. They are always on.
- Analytics. These help us see how the site is used, so we can improve it. They are on by default, and you can switch them off.
- Marketing. These let us measure our adverts. They are off by default and stay off unless you accept them.
Your choice is remembered for a year. You can change it at any time with “Cookie settings” at the bottom of every page. If you switch them off, those cookies are no longer used.
When analytics is on, we use Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics to record the pages you visit, the links and buttons you click (including our phone number, email and WhatsApp links), how far you scroll, the sections you see, how long you spend on each, the section you were on when you left, whether you copy text, print or switch tabs, repeated clicks, and pop-ups you open or close. For forms, we record when you start one, which fields you use, whether you tick the consent box, the error messages shown, whether you send it, and whether you leave without sending it. Google Analytics also collects basic details about your device and rough location.
We do not send Google Analytics what you type into a form, such as your name, phone number, email address or message, or your calculator answers.
11. Email subscriptions
If you subscribe on a blog article, we store your email address, the article you subscribed from, and the date you agreed. We use it only to send you new articles. You must tick the privacy-policy box to subscribe. Ask us to remove you at any time and we will.

13. Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page. The version on this page is the one that applies.
